OBJECTIVES

The Birthday Cap Making Competition was organized to encourage creativity, imagination and artistic expression among students of Classes I and II. The activity aimed to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration and precision through hands-on creative work. It also provided students with an opportunity to explore colours, patterns and decorative elements while expressing their individual ideas. The competition encouraged confidence, patience, originality and a positive attitude towards participation. It further promoted healthy competition, appreciation of others' creativity, and active involvement in inter-house activities.


COMPETITION DETAILS

The Birthday Cap Making Competition was conducted for students of Classes I and II as an engaging creative activity. Students participated enthusiastically and demonstrated their creativity through the design and decoration of birthday caps. The participants were evaluated based on creativity, design, presentation and overall execution of their work.

ACHIEVEMENT

Raman House demonstrated excellent performance in the Birthday Cap Making Competition, with Ruthvika of Class II securing the first position with a score of 10/10. Ram Arjun of Class I from Gandhi House secured the second position with 9/10. Mourya K. A. of Class II from Raman House secured the third position with 8/10, while Nithyak S. of Class II from Gandhi House secured the fourth position with 7/10.

The results reflected the students' creativity, enthusiasm and ability to present their ideas through an artistic activity.


CONCLUSION

The Inter-House Birthday Cap Making Competition for students of Classes I and II was successfully conducted on 29 August 2026 at the CBSE Quadrangle. The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students and provided them with a joyful platform to express their creativity and imagination. The competition helped develop fine motor skills, concentration, coordination, patience and confidence while encouraging students to participate in a healthy competitive environment. Raman House emerged as the leading house in the competition, securing both the first and third positions. The school appreciates the efforts of all participating students, the judge and the staff members involved in organizing and conducting the activity successfully.
