OBJECTIVE
The Inter-House Cartoon Art Competition was organized for the young learners of Nursery, LKG and UKG to encourage creativity, imagination and artistic expression. The activity provided children with an opportunity to express their ideas through colourful and imaginative cartoon artwork.
The competition aimed to develop creativity, observation skills, imagination, concentration, fine motor skills and confidence among the young participants. It also encouraged children to appreciate art and express their thoughts in an enjoyable and engaging manner.
The activity promoted healthy competition and active participation among the four school houses — Gandhi, Raman, Tagore and Vinobha.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
Vinobha House
Vinobha House demonstrated strong participation, particularly in the Nursery category, where the first and second positions were secured. The participants displayed creativity, imagination and good artistic presentation.
Tagore House
Tagore House delivered an excellent performance, securing first place in LKG and second place in UKG. The participants demonstrated creativity, artistic expression and confidence.
Raman House
Raman House produced an outstanding performance in UKG, with Samhitha Ranage securing first place with a perfect score of 10/10.
Gandhi House
Gandhi House displayed commendable participation across the categories. The participants demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm and secured podium positions in Nursery, LKG and UKG.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
The Cartoon Art Competition helped young learners develop their creative thinking, imagination and artistic expression. Through drawing and presenting their ideas, children strengthened their observation skills, concentration and fine motor coordination.

The Inter-House Cartoon Art Competition 2026–27 for Nursery, LKG and UKG was conducted successfully with enthusiastic participation from all four houses.
