INTER-HOUSE CREATIVE WRITING COMPETITION

OBJECTIVE

The Inter-House Creative Writing Competition was organized to encourage students to express their thoughts, ideas, and imagination through creative writing. The activity provided students with an opportunity to develop their creativity, language skills, writing structure, confidence, and ability to communicate ideas effectively.

The competition also encouraged students to participate actively in inter-house activities and develop originality and independent thinking.

The participants were evaluated out of 10 marks based on the following criteria:

  • Language – 2 marks

  • Structure – 3 marks

  • Confidence – 2 marks

PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Shri Gowri K. P. of Raman House secured the first position with 8.5/10, demonstrating excellent creativity, language usage, structure, and confidence.

  • Fatima of Raman House secured the second position with 8/10, presenting a well-organized and creative piece of writing.

  • Dhruvkumar P. P. of Gandhi House secured the third position with 7.5/10, showing good creativity and effective expression.

  • Ganavi H. G. of Vinobha House secured the fourth position with 7/10, displaying enthusiasm and a good interest in creative writing.

  • The competition witnessed healthy participation and encouraged students to express their ideas independently.

HOUSE-WISE PERFORMANCE

Raman House demonstrated strong performance by securing both the first and second positions in the competition.
