Objectives
The Inter-House Music Competition was conducted for students of Grades III to V (CBSE) on 26 September 2026. The competition aimed to nurture musical talent, encourage creativity, develop confidence, and provide students with an opportunity to express themselves through music. It served as a platform for young learners to showcase their musical abilities and appreciate the importance of music in developing artistic expression and cultural awareness.
The students participated enthusiastically, demonstrating their musical skills, rhythm, and confidence. The competition encouraged them to develop their listening abilities, improve their musical understanding, and overcome stage hesitation. It also promoted healthy competition, discipline, and appreciation for music while providing students with an opportunity to learn from one another.
The participants were evaluated by the judge based on four criteria, carrying 5, 5, 5, and 5 marks respectively, making a maximum score of 20 marks. The students were assessed on the basis of their performance according to the prescribed judging criteria.
