For every student

  1. Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school
  2. Completed application form
  3. Birth certificate
  4. Photographs of the student and both parents
  5. Aadhaar of the student and of the parent or guardian
  6. PAN of both parents
  7. Medical form
  8. Tailor's measurement form
  9. Choice of optional courses
  10. Choice of sports
  11. Signed declaration of conformance to school policies
  12. SATS enrolment number

The tailor’s measurement form is how uniforms get made — the school tailor stitches them on campus, so you don’t buy uniforms separately.

NRI students also pay approximately ₹10,000 for the eligibility certificate, equivalent marks card and other government charges, on the 2025-26 schedule.

What is the declaration of conformance?

A signed acknowledgement that your family has read and accepts the school’s policies. All 65 published policies are on the site. School policies.

What is a SATS number?

The Student Achievement Tracking System enrolment number used by Karnataka schools. Your child’s previous school will have it.

Originals or copies, and when do we hand them over?

Ask the admissions office when you enquire — including what happens if the Transfer Certificate from your child’s current school has not come through yet, which is the commonest hold-up. Contact the school.
